This comfortable first floor apartment is situated in an enviable location overlooking Ventnor Bay. It has stunning, uninterrupted sea and coastal views and is only a few minutes stroll down the cascade to the beach. An ideal base for small families or friends holidaying together.

It is situated only two minutes walk from the centre of Ventnor. This Victorian seaside town offers buildings full of character. There’s lovely sandy or fine shingle beaches and an esplanade. In addition to the main shopping street there are parks and gardens, museums and the Winter Gardens - an entertainment venue with a growing reputation for its theatre, its concerts and comedy and dance shows. The renowned Ventnor Haven Fishery at the marina sells the daily catch of fresh fish and seafood; boat trips are also available from here.

There are a number of great restaurants in Ventnor including Hillside Bistro, The Ale & Oyster,
and the Met Wine & Tapas Bar to name a few. Or if you fancy a take-away to enjoy by the beach, the Ventnor Haven Fishery on the Esplanade sell fantastic fish & chips, locally caught and prepared to order.

Ventnor Botanic Garden lies in the remarkable microclimate at the heart of the famous 'Undercliff.' This unique garden is protected from the cold northerly winds by chalk downs. In addition to enjoying the lovely gardens, it also hosts events and exhibitions and there is a restaurant and Café on-site for refreshments; lunch or coffee and cake!

From the esplanade you can take the level walk, along the sea wall to Bonchurch, or walk along the cliff path towards Steephill Cove, a beautiful sheltered bay only accessed by foot.
Entertainment, sport and leisure are varied and include pitch & putt courses, tennis courts and a variety of children’s playgrounds.
